慢张力收缩运动形式对骨骼肌和心肌收缩蛋白的影响

摘要 为进一步研究慢张力收缩运动形式对机体的作用,对14只SD大鼠利用电动跑台分不同强度实验训练8周。结果表明5个组中,慢张力收缩组蛋白浓度最高,而且慢张力是慢型肌中重链所占百分之比也最高,大鼠的运动能力不与体重相关,而与收缩蛋白的浓度相关。笔者认为:进行慢张力收缩运动时,张力发生器是以小阶跃进行,因而在肌纤蛋白与肌凝蛋白之间的连接点数量增加,这说明慢张力收缩运动更有利于生物适应性发展。 The purpose of this report was to further study the different function in the different exercising forms, specially in the from of mitigatory lension contracting (MLC). Fourteen Male Sprague-Dawley rats were trained on electric treadmill for eight weeks. This paper reports that the contraction protein concentration of MLC group were the highest in the five groups and the percentage of heavy chains in slow muscule form was the highest.
