摘要
从现代教育学理论的观点出发,可得出竞争性的教育环境有它的负面作用。从短期看,过多地强调竞争会使认知者产生厌烦和畏惧心理,或者滋生一种应付差事的态度;从长期看,过强的竞争会给人造成很大的心理压力,并极易使人产生一种“失败感”,而这样的结果与教育本来的目的是背道而驰的。因为,教育的目的在于让每个人在自身的能力和特点之内最大限度地发挥潜能,于是营造一种非竞争性的体育教学环境就显得非常必要。
From the point of view of modern educational theory, the paper concludes that competitive teaching atmosphere has a lot of negative effects on the educated.In the short term ,it can make the educated get bored or feel fearful, and it may negatively cause a learn-for-test altitude.In the long term, toomuch competition will cause too much pressure, as a result, it will easily make them have a‘sense of failure’which will espand into their whole life.
