摘要
对20名中日竞走运动员在多巴高原训练基地训练期间进行了训练后血清GOT,GPT,CPK的测试。对其结果研究发现:(1)平原运动员初到高原训练时,由于受到高原缺氧影响,CPK明显上升,男、女分别比上高原前增加142.4IU/L、44.2IU/L(P<0.05),而GOT,GPT变化不明显。(2)高原训练期间血清GOT,GPT与训练负荷呈正相关,且CPK活性对运动强度的刺激更为敏感。(3)运动后血清酶活性的变化,一定程度上反映出了运动员对运动负荷的承受情况,因此,从运动后血清酶活性变化对运动后机能状况评定及训练负荷安排有一定指导意义。
It is more important position to test serum enzyme in the researching field of sports medicine. GOT, GPT and CPK in the serum of 20 Chinese and Japanese walking athletes who were performing altitude training on the Duoba altitude training base were tested.
