摘要
通过200m个人混合泳4种泳姿分段时间及其与总成绩的关系。发现运动员往往在第一段(蝶泳)游得过快,致使体内无氧供能占优势,血液中乳酸大量堆积,从而使运动员在仰泳段往往蹬壁后出水过早,动作转化不利。由于蝶泳段能量消耗过大,致使运动员在最后的自由泳阶段冲刺能力不足。本文针对这些研究结果为训练提供了一些针对性的建议。
The split time of four swimming styles in 200M individual medley and the relationship with totaltime was studied in this essay. We found that athletes had swum too fast in first part of 200M individual medley and energy was supplied dominantly by anaerobic metabilism, Blood lactate was heavily acccumulated sothat the athletes left water too early after crouching start in the second stroke and two swimming stylescouldn't combine very well.
