摘要
通过运用"体育心理调查表"对西安体院91级学生时隔3年前后实施两次调查,以了解他们对自己将从事的中学体育教师职业角色的认知态度和动机水平有哪些变化。结果表明,对"体育教师职业角色"低评价比率增加,对"是否改行"持否定态度人数增加。对"自我评价",绝大多数充满信心。
In order to know the changE of motivation lever and cognitive attitude toward the occupational role of 179 students in Xian Institute of Physical Educatiow were investigated second timeafter three years later. The tracing study results show that the whole expectancy value on the occuptional role of middle school Physical educatioh teacher drops lower than three years before.
