摘要 1 前言中低粘度的异粘物系,一般以小桨叶进行搅拌混合。已有文献分析了这类混合特征,并指出实现混合必须超过一定的R_e数;还有文献讨论了密度差的影响。本文就小于1Pa·s范围内的异粘液体,用不同类型小桨叶搅拌,进行了混合过程观察。 In a stirred tank the mixing of liquids of different viscosities was investigated by using three types of turbine impeller. The viscosity of the more viscous liquid is 1 pas. From flow pattern observations, the suction-discharge phenomenon and its mixing effect was especially studied. The effect of impeller configuration was discribed by the correlation of power consumption vs. mixing time.
