摘要
本文根据前报的实验结果,选择溶氧浓度为工业发酵缶的主要放大参数。结合工业发酵缶内溶氧浓度分布,探讨了发酵缶的放大方法。以前报的溶氧浓度关联式结合二区模型,对生产装置进行放大计算,并与实际使用情况比较,取得了满意的结果。
On the basis of the previous experimental results(Ⅰ),dissolved oxygen concentration is taken as the main parameter for scaling up of aerobic fer- menters.Combining the two-compartment model with the relationship between yield and dissolved oxygen concentration,an approach for scaling up aerobic fermenters was tentatively established.The calculated results showed good agreement with the data taken from industrial fermenters.
