摘要
标准曲线法在分析检测中广泛应用于食品、医药、工业等领域,其方法分为多点标准曲线和单点标准曲线,两者都有各自优点及不同操作注意事项。通过对两种方法的应用、比较,研究了其减小误差的方法。
Standard curve method was widely used in measurement in the field of food,medicine,and industry etc.It could be divided into multiple-point standard curve and single-point standard curve.Both of them had their advantages and different operation precautions.Through comparison of the two methods,the approaches to reduce the measurement errors were studied.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
