摘要
黎族所酿制的酒有果酒和粮食酒,主要为"biang"糯米甜酒,还有以玉米、南瓜、荔枝等为原料酿制成的酒。黎族人的制酒和饮酒器具主要有圆木甑、陶甑、滴酒筐竹、竹制吸管。黎族酒文化内涵表现在待客方式、感情的表达、传统节日和风俗习惯等方面。黎族酒文化是了解黎族历史文化的一个窗口,了解黎族人的饮酒文化及习俗,有利于促进民族的团结和平等。(孙悟)
