摘要
烧酎是以食用酒精为酒基 ,加入纯净水稀释、脱臭、调合 ,添加甜、酸、咸、鲜等天然口味物质 ,再经过精滤而成。其特点为 :①酒中有害成分指标较低 ;②感官上清淡醇香、柔和净爽 ;③可任意加冰、加水及加各种果汁及调味料 ,还可调制成各式鸡尾酒 ;④可大口饮用 ,增加饮酒快感。(孙悟)
