摘要 用淀粉原料生产酒精 ,传统的蒸煮工艺能源消耗很高 ,淀粉糊化质量参差不齐 ;近年国外新技术的引进 ,国内酶制剂工业的发展和为其工艺配套机械的开发 ,彻底改变了蒸煮工艺 。 Traditional steaming and distillation in the production of alcohol with amylum as raw materials have disadvantages such as higher consumption of energy and inequable gelatinization quality for amylum. And the newly introduced foreign techniques in recent years, the development of domestic enzyme industries and invention of new machines suitable for the techniques will change the situations thoroughly and shorten our disparity from the international advanced technical levels.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
