摘要
论述了氮气预热法制取的超细羰基镍粉末在室温条件下密封贮存一定时间后,粉末的粒度及粒度分布都发生了变化。通过X光小角度散射法测定的结果表明:超细羰基镍粉末中粒度d<15nm组份的粉末大量减少。粒度d=30~80nm组份的粉末量增加。而粒度d=80~160nm组份的粉末几乎没什么变化,通过研究发现:超细羰基镍粉末的平均粒度愈小则粉末中小粒度组分的粉末就消失得愈多,中间粒度范围的粉末增加量也愈多。随着超细羰基镍粉末平均粒度的增大则小粒度粉末的消失和中等粒度粉末增加量也随之减少。粒度组成的改变导致了粉末平均粒度的长大。同时也发现:超细羰基镍粉末在室温条件下稳定存在的颗粒临界直径为1Onm。
Particle size and size distribution of the ultra-fine carbonyl nickel powder produced by preheating with N2 after long time storage in room temperature were discussed. The results obtained by X-ray small angle scatter analysis show that in the ultra-fine carbonyl nickel powder the component with d<15nm was decreased, the component with d-30-80nm was increased and the component with d=80-160nm remained constant.
