摘要
本文对CH150合金进行了 1120 ℃+800 ℃×16 h、1060 ℃+750 ℃×16 h和1060 ℃+800 ℃×16 h三种热处理制度对比试验,研究了700 ℃长期时效后合金组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明:三种热处理制度下合金的性能均能达到技术条件要求;采用1120 ℃固溶处理可获得良好的综合性能,降低固溶温度明显提高了拉伸强度特别是屈服强度。因此,可根据合金的使用条件不同,选择合适的热处理制度。
A comparison test for GH150 superalloy was carried outunder the three types of heat treatment-1120℃+800℃×16h, 1060℃+750℃X16h and 1060℃+800℃×16h. The changes in structures and properties in the superalloy were also examined after long time aging.
