摘要
本文根据双相钢中马氏体显微组织特征和相变特点,通过热力学分析,提出了双相钢中马氏体相变驱动力及M_s计算公式。用膨胀仪实测了双相钢中马氏体相变开始温度M_s,及终了温度M_f,实测的M_s值与理论计算值符合较好。还发现M_s和M_f不仅与马氏体含碳量有关,而且随马氏体含量的升高而降低。
Considering the characteristics of martensitic transformation in dual phase steels, a theoretical expression for the driving force of the phase transformation and Ms were suggested using the thermodynamical treatment. The theoretical Ms value calculated by this expression are shown to be in good agreement with that obtained by experiments.
