摘要
本文研究了20MnVBH钢的连续冷却转变过程,初步测定了该钢的CCT曲线,并测定了转变后试样及各相各组织的硬度,分析了试样的组织特征,发现在很宽的冷速范围内会出现粒贝(GB)组织。
The process of continuous cooling transformation of 20MnVBH steel has been investigatd. The CCT. diagrams of the steel were determined. The hardness and microstructure of the steel before and after the transformation were examined also. The results show that granular bainite (GB) can be obtained over a wide range of cooling rate.
