摘要
本文介绍试验研究再结晶处理对ODS-MGH956合金组织及其对持久性能的影响。试验结果表明,再结晶温度超过1200 ℃时才能得到明显可见的定向排列晶粒组织,而且再结晶组织的晶粒纵横比(L/D)对合金的高温持久性能有明显的影响。对应于最好持久性能的最佳晶粒纵横比为4~6。
The influence of recrystallization process on the grain structure which in turn on the stress-rupture property of alloy ODS-MGH956 was investigated in the present work. The experimental results indicated that only when the recrystallization temperature was over 1200℃ did the arrays of crystalline orientation evidently display.
