摘要
结晶器液面结壳是合钛不锈钢连铸的主要问题之一。研究结果表明,保护渣有很强的吸氮能力,气氛、渣成分特别是含碳量会影响熔渣吸氮。渣中氮与钢液中钛能发生界面反应生成TiN。熔渣不能良好的吸收TiN和结晶器液面波动是形成结壳的根本原因。
The formation of crust in the mold is a significant problem during continuous casting of Ti-bearing stainless steels. Experimental results show that the molten flux in the mold has a strong ability of absorbing nitrogen, which will be influenced by the atmosphere and the molten flux composition particularly the carbon content.
