摘要
本文研究了中碳钢奥氏体晶粒的生长规律,发现平均晶粒直径D随时间的变化符合Beck关系式:=Kt~[t]。根据实验结果,分别求出了n值和奥氏体晶粒生长激活能Q,并对晶粒生长机制进行了讨论。
The law of austenite grain growth in medium carbon steel was investigated in this paper. It is revealed that the variation of the averagegrain diameter, D, with the isothermal time, t, follows the Beck's law: D= Ktn. The values of n and the activation energy, Q, for the austenite grain growth were worked out according to the experimental results, and the mechanism of grain growth was discussed.
