高炉冶炼过程中硫在渣-铁间分配系数的确定

摘要 本文从平衡论的角度出发,导出了高炉炼铁过程硫在渣—铁中的分配系数L_s及诸操作参数对铁水含硫量影响的定量关系式,可以预测不同高炉、不同操作条件下的L_s和操作参数变更对铁水[S]含量的影响。 From the viewpoint of theory of equilibrium, the distribution coefficient of sulphur content, Ls, between slag and molten iron and the influences of relative operating conditions on the sulphur content in molten iron were analyzed. A quantitative expression has been obtained which can be used to determine the Ls under various operating conditions in blast furnace ironmaking process and to estimate the influence of operating parameters on sulphur content in hot iron.
