摘要 铸件在HIP处理时表面氧化。关于此问题在国内外文献中尚未见到专门报道。本文对铸件HIP处理时温度、时间及压力对合金表面氧化的影响进行了分析及测试,这对制定合理的HIP工艺有重要的参考价值,针对我国HIP设备上无氩气在线分析及净化系统的具体情况,对防止合金氧化的措施同样进行了初步探讨。 It is found that the surface of investment casting was oxidized during the HIP treatment. No special reports in this respect were found. The effects of temperature, held time and pressure on the surface oxidation of HIPed workpieces were investigated. This study is of special importance for working out HIPing parameters. According to our HIP equipment not having on-line gas analysis system and gas purification system, some protective measures were tested as well.
