Mr.Xu is Director of Anyang Battery Factory. He overcame one difficulty after another and the factory developed very rapidly. Now Anyang is one of the largest factories in China. Golden Bell and Sky brand batteeies are famous and sell well at home and abroad. Mr.Xu is wellknown in Henan province as an exemplary entreprenur. This interview mainly introduces his experience in management in recent five years.
