干电池电芯粉pH值的控制与检测

Control and Test of the pH of Bobbin Powder in Zn-Mn Battery

笔者对锌锰干电池电芯粉的pH值控制范围和检测方法进行了探讨,认为检测拌粉处电芯粉的pH值并给予控制,效果较好。此方法简便迅速、测量准确,便于指导生产,有利于稳定产品质量,预防纸板电池早期结晶。

The controlling range and testing method of the pH value of bobbin powder in Zn-MnO2 dry cells were studied . It is considered that good results can be achieved by testing and controlling the pH value of bobbin powder in the mixing Process. This method is simple , convenient, quick, accurate in testing ,easy for use in production , favourable for stabilization of product quality and prevetion from early crystallization in paper-lined dry cells.
