The Influence of Antioxidant Additives on PbO_2 and Pb Electrodes

摘要 铅酸蓄电池的干荷电极扳添加抗氧化剂(例如1-羟基2-萘甲酸,水杨酸,甘油,硼酸和葡萄糖等)对PbO_2电极的还原电位和析O_2,Pb电极的氧化电位和析H_2等会产生影响。用电化学的循环伏安法可以测试这些影响的情况,并能快速地对抗氧化剂进行比较和选择。 In the dry charged negative electrode of the lead-acid battery,the antioxidant additives( l-hydroxy-2 naphthoic acid,salicylic acid,glycerol,boric acid gnd glucose etc. )had the influence on reducing potential of PbO2 electrode and its oxygen evolution and oxidizing potential of Pb electrode and its hydrogen evolution. These data was measured by the cyclic voltametry. As a quick test ,this method could be used to select and evaluate the characteristics of antioxidant additives.
