在聚氨酯泡沫塑料表面进行化学镀镍和电镀,然后除去泡沫塑料,再将氧化镍还原成镍,可以制得发泡镍基板。它是一种新型电极材料,可用于镍镉电池、锂电池、二次碱性锌锰电池和镍氢电池。本文对镀镍工艺作了概述,列出发泡镍基板的工艺和配方。文末对发泡电极的性能也予介绍。
The surface of polyurethane foam was immersion nickelplated followed by electroplating with nickel,then the plastic substrate was cleaned away by burning,finally the nickel oxides on the plaque was reduced into nickel by hydrogen ,thus the foamed nickel was obtained.
