脉冲气力输送是一项低速度、高浓度、密相气力输送新技术,优点甚多,本文介绍了电池行业最早研究脉冲输送新技术,输送二氧化锰粉、石墨粉、乙炔黑粉等粉粒料及用于实际生产的成果和过程,并与稀相气力输送进行了对照、分析、计算、比较、论证了其优越性。
The pulse pneumatic conveying is characterized by low velocity and high density. It is a new technology with many advantages. The application of pulse pneumatic conveying for powders materials of dioxide,graphite,acetylene black etc. used in battery production and its results are described. Comparison is presented to demonstrate the advantages of pulse pneumatic conveying over conventional pneumatic conveying process.
