La_(1-x)Te_xMnO_3(x=0.04,0.1)的庞磁电阻效应及自旋玻璃态特性 被引量:3

摘要 制备出用氧族非金属元素Te替换部分镧所生成的锰氧化物新材料;La_(1-x)Te_xMnO_3(x=0.04,0.1)。研究表明该材料具有空间群R3C结构,Te为正四价态。电阻率温度关系给出其存在金属-半导体转变特性,具有庞磁电阻效应(CMR),x=0.1成分的磁电阻变化率在4T作用下为51%。此外,还观察到该材料在低温下的自旋玻璃态行为。
