蛋白激酶A(PKA)介导的信号通路:正调节还是负调节? 被引量:5

摘要 蛋白激酶A是由 2个调节亚基与 2个催化亚基构成的异四聚体 .在不同的组织中 ,PKA可以起着不同的调节作用 ,如生长、分化和特定基因的表达 .在免疫系统中 ,PKA介导了一个普遍性的抑制性信号 ,对维持免疫系统的稳定起着重要的作用 .PKA通过对Raf 1的磷酸化抑制了Raf 1的激活 ,从而阻断了Ras/Raf 1 /MEK/MAPK信号通路的激活 ,抑制细胞的增殖 .在转录因子的调节方面 ,PKA可以激活CREB而促进了含CRE基因的转录 ;但它同时却抑制了NF kB的活性而介导了细胞因子等表达的抑制 .
