摘要
Silica gel chromatography was adopted during the further study on the roots of Aconitum liljestrandii Hand Mazz and led to isolating a new C 19 dierpenoid alkaloid liljestrandisine(1). Its structure was established on the basis of spectral methods 2D NMR( 1H 1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC). Liljestrandisine was the second naturally occurring aconitine type diterpenoid alkaloid with an 16 α OH.
