相关光子方法绝对定标光电探测器量子效率应用研究综述 被引量:2

Investigative summarization of correlated photons and application in absolute quantum efficiency calibration of detector

摘要 相关光子是由强光泵浦非线性晶体的自发参量下转换(spontaneous parametric down conversion,SPDC)效应而产生的。文中从量子理论简要说明相关光子的产生机理以及经典光学解释。阐述了相关光子方法定标探测器量子效率的原理,对比传统定标方法,指出相关光子方法的优点。总结了该领域的最新研究进展,分析了这些方法的基本思想和各自的优缺点。提出下一步研究的方向以及可实现的方法,展望了该领域的发展前景。 Correlated photons are generated in spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC) effect of nonlinear crystal pumped by highly intensity laser.Generation mechanism of correlated photons is explained compendiously by theory of quantum mechanics;interpretation of classical optics is also shown.The theory of detector calibration in quantum efficiency based correlated photons method is demonstrated.Comparing with traditional methods,the advantages of it are pointed out.The latest advances in the field are descri...
