高功率半导体侧向泵浦固体激光器热效应对光束质量的影响

Influence of thermal effect on the beam quality of a high power diode side-pumped solid-state laser

高功率半导体侧向泵浦固体激光器中的动态热效应严重影响激光的光束质量。本文从研究激光热稳定腔的输出特性出发,测量了激光输出功率、光束质量M2因子随激光腔型和泵浦电流变化的关系,分析了热效应引起光束质量变化的机理,实验结果得到了很好解释。

Thermal effects influence greatly on the laser beam quality of the high power DPSS laser.In this paper,we study the thermal stability and beam quality of the laser.The dependence of the output power and M^2 factor on the resonator configuration and the pumping current have been measured.Experimental results can be explained well.
