New Developments in the Asymmetric Synthesis of (3R,5R)-3,5- Dihydroxyl-6-substituted Hexanoic Acid

摘要 概述近 2 0年来 ( 3R ,5R) 3 ,5 二羟基 6 取代己酸不对称合成进展 ,并提出其研究方向 . The recent progress in the asymmetric synthesis of (3 R,5R ) 3,5 dihydroxyl 6 substituted hexanoic acid is reviewed, using chiral pool reaction, chiral auxiliary reaction, chiral reagent and catalyst. The review emphasizes the catalytic chiral reduction using 2,2′ bis(diphenylphosphino) 1,1′ binaphthyl (BINAP) Ru(II) and catalytic chiral hydroboration reaction with chiral boranes.
