摘要
根据单能光子与探测器发生相互作用的原理,本文利用蒙卡方法(MC)模拟了系列单能光子在HPGe探测器上的能量响应曲线并提取曲线的特征数据,然后采用最小二乘法对提取的特征数据进行拟合,得到单能光子在该探测器上的能量响应曲线理论函数表达式,最后采用准单能γ源测量数据对理论表达式进行修正,确立了该响应函数随光子入射能量变化的修正函数表达式,为连续光子能谱解谱提供了依据。
Based on mechanisms of single energy photon interaction in an HPGe detector, the Monte Carlo Code method was used for simulating the energy response curves of single-energy photon in HPGe detector and characteristic parameters of the curves were abstracted.
