氮源及C/N比对D-核糖发酵的影响 被引量:6

摘要 考察了尿素、(NH4 ) 2 SO4 和NH4 Cl 3种无机氮源及其质量浓度对核糖发酵的影响 ,发现短小芽孢杆菌SY 5利用无机氮源能力很弱 ;另外通过改变不同C/N比的发酵实验和响应面分析优化培养基的实验发现 ,D 核糖生长最适C/N =1 9∶1 ,发酵最适C/N =1 1∶1 ,并且葡萄糖和 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 、玉米浆与 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 都存在较强的交互作用。 The effects of three kinds of inorganic nitrogen source (urea, (NH 4) 2SO 4, NH 4Cl) and their mass concentrations on fermentation of D-ribose were studied. it was found that Bacillus pumilus SY-5 had weak ability to use inorganic nitrogen source. culture medium was optimized by changing C/N and using R.S.A., it was seen that the most suitable C/N in growth was 19∶1 and the most suitable C/N in fermentation was 11∶1.
