微波消解ICP-AES法测定苦瓜中常量及微量元素

Determination of the Content of Major and Trace Elements in Bitter Melons by Microwave Digestion ICP-AES

采用美国利曼公司生产的PS Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定苦瓜中的常量及微量元素 ,为苦瓜的科学利用提供了理论依据。该方法简便、快速、可靠 ,适用于植物中多种元素的测定。其相对标准偏差为 0 86%～ 6 3 % ,回收率为 92 %～ 1 0 5 %。

The bitter melons were digested by ICP-AES technique. The concentration of major and trace elements were determined by ICP/Echelle spectrometer (American Leeman labs).The relative standard deviation of measurement was 0.86%～6.3%. The rate of recovery of added samples standard was 92%～105%. This research may provide the theoretic basic for rsearching the nutritional value and pharmaceutical value of bitter melon.
