Effect of glucose on proliferation and fibronectin secretion of human renal interstitial fibroblasts

目的：肾间质纤维化以间质成纤维细胞增生及细胞外基质大量积聚为特征。本研究初步探讨糖尿病肾病时其间质纤维化机理。方法：应用人肾间质成纤维细胞体外培养，观察不同浓度的葡萄糖对其增殖和纤维连接蛋白（ＦＮ）分泌的影响。结果：高糖可抑制成纤维细胞增殖，但可促进其分泌ＦＮ。结论：高糖对间质成纤维细胞具有直接的作用。
