摘要
通过对自行开发研制的新型水炮泥的研究和试验发现:加入一定量的添加剂后,可以降低溶液的表面张力,提高爆破瞬间的雾化效果,加快粉尘的沉降速度.通过现场对比试验,测量了加入添加剂前后的爆破后巷道粉尘浓度.结果表明:使用新型水炮泥爆破后巷道粉尘浓度远低于普通水炮泥的粉尘浓度,通过分析新型水炮泥的相对降尘率,确定了最佳降尘效果的添加剂比例为10%,相对于普通的水炮泥,其最高的呼尘降尘率提高了91.3%,全尘降尘率达到89.29%,CO浓度也有所降低.
Through the basic research and on-the-spot test,we find that after adding some water stemming additive,the surface tension of the solution becomes lower and nebulization effect of blast momentary is improved,sedimentation becomes faster.Through on-the-spot contrast test,before and after adding additive,measured the density of tunnel dust after blast.The data indicats that the density of tunnel dust which is added additive is much lower than that nothing is added.Analyzed all the test data's relative rate of...
