摘要
以矿井提升中的箕斗装载为研究对象,建立了变质量箕斗的运动微分方程.通过变量代换,发现箕斗运动微分方程是可求解的Bessel方程,从而得到了装载过程中箕斗的弹性位移、速度、加速度和天轮处钢丝绳的张力的解析表达式.针对不同的装载流量,分析结果表明:箕斗速度和加速度以波动形式衰减,而箕斗弹性位移和天轮处钢丝绳张力以一定斜率震动增长;流量越大,震动幅度相对越大,震动频率减小的越快,但装载结束时的频率值变化较小.
Aiming at skip's loading in course of mine hoisting,the differential equation of motion for the skip with variable coal mass was built.By means of variable substitution,it is found that the differential equation of motion is a Bessel equation.Based on the equation,responses of elastic displacement,velocity,acceleration of skip and cable tension close to sheave were deduced.With different loading fluxes,the results show that amplitude of velocity and acceleration attenuate distinctly along with skip's loadin...
