摘要
采用热重分析和色谱、质谱偶联技术,对3种秸秆类生物质(稻秆、麦秆、玉米秆)与一种烟煤混合慢速热解中产生的H2S气体进行了在线检测,研究生物质对煤热解析出H2S气体的影响.研究表明:生物质与煤混合热解时,对析出的H2S气体有明显影响.煤单独热解时H2S在300~480℃范围内析出;生物质的加入,使煤热解析出H2S提前,析出在200~490℃范围内.这种规律源于生物质提前热解,释放出活性甲基和氢,使其与硫反应的氢量增多,在混煤热解过程中起到了加氢的作用,促使H2S析出提前,析出量增加.从H2S析出总量上看,生物质对H2S的析出量影响可分为小比例时的抑制作用和大比例时的促进作用,这种规律来源于生物质的加氢作用和碱金属矿物质固硫作用的综合结果.
