摘要
引入一种基于相对隶属度的模糊优选模型,从各种防治技术的防治效果、经济效益、安全可靠性、工艺过程、时间稳定性等方面,通过采用具体的评价指标,对其进行综合评估,避免选择防灭火技术措施时的片面性;在此基础上,提出自燃易发火煤层防治技术选择的指导原则,并对特定综合机械化放顶煤回采工作面的防灭火措施进行综合评价,优化防灭火措施,在实际应用中取得了显著效果.
