摘要
简要介绍了箱包DR-CT检测系统的原理,分析了控制子系统的功能,并详细介绍了控制子系统断层定位PID控制方案设计及其参数整定方法。基于PID控制的控制子系统大大减小了定位误差,其断层定位精度满足设计目标和要求。
This paper introduces briefly the principles of luggage DR-CT inspection system,and analyzes the functions of its control subsystem.It also introduces the design of PID control for section positioning and the method of tuning PID parameters in detail.It is proved that the positioning error is reduced significantly,and its functions meet the demands of this inspection system.
