摘要
本文阐述了在能量色散法X荧光分析中(EDCRFA)用经验系数法基体效应修正的基本表达式。由于在求解经验系数中存在的病态矩阵,造成计算结果误差很大,文中采用镜像变换法(Householder法)可以得到较稳定和精确的解,取得了明显的效果。
This paper introduces the basic expressions for eliminating matrix effects by calculation correction methods in the EDXRFA. The defect matrixes which exist in the calculation will lead to a huge error. Householder methods have been employed and the precision of solution has been improved.
