The GD-14 small UV detector is ifcHmm in diameter and 34mm in length. It has an opaque Cs-Te photocathode and spectral response of 160 to 350 nm. Typical radiant sensitivity is 25mA/W, and stability is +1. 0%. This paper describes the technology and performances.
