摘要 研究了一种利用离子交换法综合回收提金尾液中氰化物的新技术与新方法,主要对新方法中的树脂吸附、解吸过程的影响因素及过程热力学、动力学参数进行系统实验研究,确定了完整的工艺流程。研究表明,该技术可以有效经济地回收提金尾液中的氰化物,树脂吸附和解吸的速率常数分别为1.01×10-2s-1和2.12×10-2s-1,常温下吸附过程的ΔG=-4.88kJ.mol-1,并符合Freundlish经验等温式。树脂对氰化物的饱和吸附容量为25.39mg.ml-1湿树脂,对尾液中氰化物的吸附率达到90%以上,解吸率达85%以上,同时可以分离回收尾液中的有价金属。对黄金洁净生产与循环经济具有重要的实用价值。 A new method and technology, i.e. comprehensive recovery cyanide from leaching gold tail solution by ion-exchange method were discussed. Factors of resin adsorption and desorption process, parameter of thermodynamics and kinetics were investigated. The whole process flow was confirmed.
