摘要
提出了以氯化钠溶液为浸出剂从浸锰渣中分离银的方法. 重点介绍了氯盐法浸银的基本原理, 考察了温度、时间、氯离子浓度、盐酸用量及液固比对银浸出率的影响. 结果表明: 该方法可以使浸锰渣中银的浸出率达到90%以上, 弃渣中银含量低于100 g·t-1;氯盐法浸取银的较优条件为: 温度80~85 ℃, 浸出时间4~5 h, 氯离子浓度不小于200 g·L-1, 盐酸用量为200 L·t-1渣, 液固比4∶1.
The separation of silver fromresidue of man-ganese leaching using sodium chloride solution is ad-vanced. The basic principle of leaching silver is intro-duced. Several important factors that may affect theleaching efficiency of silver are examined,namelyleach-ingtemperature ,time ,concentration of chloride ,amountof chlorhydric acid and ratio of liquid to solid.
