摘要
通过小型实验和扩大实验研究了用Cl P5 0 7萃取色层法制备高纯氧化镱的工艺流程和工艺条件 ,重点考查了淋洗酸度对分离效果的影响规律。在扩大实验中 ,色谱柱为Φ10 2mm× 2 0 0 0mm ,以 99%Yb2 O3为原料 ,载量1 0 6 % ,在常温下单柱一次分离获得 99 999%的高纯Yb2 O3,直接收率大于 85 5 %。并且详细列出了产品杂质分析结果 ,对工艺的优缺点及相关的技术经济指标也进行了分析。
A refining process for high purity(>99 999%) Yb 2O 3 was studied. The process can be fulfilled by a column extraction chromatography of Cl P507 resin at room temperature. Multifold elution was applied for separating the impurities and the elution acidity was in the range of 1.0~3 0 mol/L HCl. The scale of column is Φ 102 mm×2000 mm and the loading capacity of resin is 1.06%.
