摘要
从铝电解电容器的一般组成和结构出发,给出了适合实际电路应用的等效电路模型,阐述和分析了铝电解电容器的主要退化机理,在此基础上给出了铝电解电容器的寿命模型和退化参数表征。对获取等效串联电阻(ESR)的几种方法进行了分析和比较,探讨了在实际电力电子系统在线故障预诊断中应用的可行性,并在理论上推算了ESR随时间的变化趋势。
This paper presents the equivalent circuit model of aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and analyzes the main degradation mechanism, based on which the life model and degradation parameter of aluminum electrolytic capacitor is given. In addition, some methods to calculate equivalent series resistance (ESR) are analyzed and compared. The feasibility of these methods applied to practical power electronic system is discussed and the trend of ESR with a function of time is also deduced.
