复合硫化剂硫化NR的压缩疲劳及动态粘弹性能

Compression fatigue and dynamic viscoelastic properties ofNR vulcanized by complex vulcanizing agent

研究了以双－１，６－（二乙基硫代氨基甲酰）二硫化己烷和硫黄为复合硫化剂硫化ＮＲ的压缩疲劳性能与动态粘弹性能。实验结果表明，复合硫化剂硫化ＮＲ与硫黄硫化ＮＲ相比，前者具有较低的生热和ｔｇδ值，较长的疲劳寿命及较高的杨氏模量。

The compression fatigue and dynamic viscoelastic properties of NR vulcanized by a complex vulcanizing agent of 1,6-bis(diethylthiocarbamyl)hexane disulfide and sulfur were studied.The results showed that the heat-build up and tg δ of NR vulcanized by complex vulcanizing agent were lower than those of sulfur vulcanizing NR,the fatigue life and complex Young′s modulus of complex vulcanizing agent vulcanizing NR were higher.
