摘要
阐述了Bd聚合用的各种镍系催化剂内部各组分的相互作用机理,分析和总结了一些动力学研究结果。重点讨论了三种活性中心模型:一种认为Ni(0)有催化活性,Ni(Ⅰ)无活性;另一种认为活性中心是附着在Ni(0)载体上的Ni(Ⅰ),而唐学明则认为Ni(0)和Ni(Ⅰ)都具有催化活性。笔者还指出了进一步提高镍系催化剂的聚合活性及利用率等问题的研究方向。
Some of the general characteristics of the nickel catalyst systems for butadiene ( Bd ) polymerization, such as the composition of the catalyst, the interactions between the components , catalytic mechanism and polymerization kinetics were studied.Three kinds of general mechanism, including the monometallic machanism, the trimetallic mechanism, and also the bimetallic mechanism which was suggested by Tang Xueming, were described.
