A rotary tillage planter with double-deck fertilizer is designed to fertilize in two different depths while rotary tillage and seeding. Calculation of power consumption and analysis of deep opener shows that the principle of double-deck fertilizer is feasibile and reasonable and deep opener can meet the operation requirement.
