摘要
通过引入清选指数K,建立了油菜脱出物在气流和筛面复合作用下的运动方程。研究发现,油菜脱出物的特性、清选装置的曲柄半径、曲柄转速、离心风机转速等对清选性能影响较大。通过单因素试验,得出了对应参数对清选性能的影响规律。通过正交试验和综合平衡法,得出了适合油菜脱出物清选的最佳参数组合:曲柄半径为18mm,曲柄转速为310r/min,离心风机转速为900r/min。
Introducing the concept of cleaning index, author analyzed the loads which the sieve and airflow exert to rape materials among the device synthetically. Various kinds of movement formula of rape materials in cleaning device were derived. Parameters affecting the cleaning performance such as characteristics of rape extraction, crank radius, crank rotating speed, rotating speed of centrifugal fan were obtained.
